We live in a world of hate crimes, sex crimes, and just stupid crimes! When I was a kid we had no worries, running the streets with no shoes on, staying up late in summer and going to bed early during school! We didn't lock our doors and slept with our windows open to let the cool night air comfort us as we slept! We didn't think about someone gonna break in our house or did we think about who our neighbor was! We lived without fear of the next person! Often times in this world today we are afraid to step out of our doors because we are afraid someones gonna shot us in a drive by, we lock our doors even on our cars, we never open windows cause that's easy access in our house! We don't go out after dark with out proper lighting and seeing things around us! We worry about who's living next to us might be a sexual offender or someone that's out of prison for theft! Its crazy the little bit of time that has passed that we went from not caring to worring! Life isn't the way our grandparents said it was when they was kids! what's this world coming to when 10 or younger kids are being arrested for breaking and entering or selling drugs on the street! What happen to families teaching kids right from wrong and good from bad? What happen well I can tell u what happen! When I was growing up I got whippings with a belt! These kids now days ain't seen an ass whippings like I got! A little tough love is what a lot of kids need! But you know tough love is against the rules of society now days! I guess with all that said I've cleared my head and ill step off my soap box! Lifes to short to waste away in jail or prison over stupid crimes! Think before u do something that could cost u your life! Peace!

Choices

There comes a time in our lives we have to rethink the choices we made! But never forget the choices that u made whether good or bad remember them as either a lesson learned or a lesson taught! Life is full of them, some come natural some come by sheer luck! Others are just made for us! Never does a day go by that we aren't faced with a choice to make! Its been a big part of our lives since we entered this world! We was faced with the choice to breathe on our own or ask for help! So as you see choices have been part of us since day one! I've made many choices that I regret and many choices that have taught me many lessons! I feel great bout my choices because they they have been a great lesson! I don't feel like I've been the best person I could of been but you I've come a long ways in my life! Choices are there to be made! Life goes on!
